Michael Telpner

For over two decades, Michael has guided organizations to create value by delivering upon strategies through process design, business transformation, cost optimization and service refinement. He meets complex challenges with curiosity, dedication, and accountability, fostering trust among his clients.

With a wealth of experience spanning diverse industries, particularly financial services, Michael consistently leads teams to deliver impactful, measurable, and sustainable results. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph, holding a Bachelor of Science and McMaster University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration.

Beyond work, Michael enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. His competitive spirit shines in triathlon where he has won several races and will represent Canada on the global stage, competing in the upcoming 2024 Triathlon World Championships.
