Sunil has helped organizations create value through process improvement, operating cost reduction and service improvement for over a decade.  Sunil’s pragmatic problem solving approach enables him to resolve complex problems, develop comprehensive recommendations and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.  Sunil has delivered measurable and sustainable results across a diverse set of industries including hospitality, retail, public sector, pension fund and technology.  Sunil combines leadership and a passion for coaching to foster a collaborative culture and develop high performing teams.  Sunil is a CPA, CMA with a Degree in Economics & Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Outside of work, Sunil is busy planning his next adventure with his family, watching sports, listening to 80’s pop music, pretending to golf, watching action movies and reading Harvard Business Review.
